About us

Dorfman Milano prides itself in being one of the largest full-line, in-stock headwear and handbag companies in the world. Our company began in 1921 as Dorfman Hat & Cap Company in a 5,000 square foot facility in Oakland, California. We recently celebrated our 95th year in business and look forward to the next century of leading the headwear industry forward. Dorfman Milano has donated over 3 million dollars to charities worldwide. We are especially passionate about giving back to our community of Stockton, CA.

We have teamed with local food banks to donate hats, gloves and scarves to families in need during winter. We have had incredible success with our partnership with the United Way who sponsors local programs to aid needy children and the poor.
