Make sure you get the correct size. Select size from dropdown USING YOUR ACTUAL WAIST MEASUREMENT, not the letter size you would normally wear. A size 36-38 is for a guy with waist up to 38" Example: if your waist is 38.5 inches, go up to the next size.
